FAQ
Can I try a lesson before I sign up?
- Yes, you can try a lesson for 50% off the hourly rate.
- Lessons can be taken online via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or in person for New York City Student.
- Trial lesson is only available for private lessons.
Can I request the lesson to be in my home?
Yes, our instructors will travel to you with reasonable miles distance.
Can I cancel a package/lesson and request my money back?
- We have a 24 hours cancellation policy.
- There’s a no refund for private lessons.
- Any cancelled lessons can be rescheduled within a week of cancellation.
- Make up lessons and cancellations cannot be rescheduled for a second time.
Can I get a refund for semester based courses or pre-recorded video courses?
- Refund is available 14 days prior the start of the semester for semester based courses.
- Refund is available 14 days after the purchased date of a pre-recorded video courses
If I miss my lesson appointment can I have a make-up class?
Make-up classes are only available based on the instructor’s schedule. Make up lessons cannot be rescheduled a second time
Will I have access to perform live?
Live Performance is not offered at this time; However, students are welcome to send a video recording of them playing an instrument to be displayed on our website and our social media accounts
